An employee learning portal that was accessible through the web and mobile and offered end-to-end learning solutions
Objective
Creation of a unified portal of HTML5-based eLearning courses which integrated the complete range of the client’s traditional learning resources and made them accessible with a convenient single sign-in from a website or a mobile device.
Approach
The project involved the migration of print data to a mobile, cloud-based platform. Primarily, we helped the client with the conversion of their legacy content assets into an HTML5 format to make it accessible from iPads, in addition to computers and mobile devices.
Challenge
The key challenge related to the project was that the entire courseware content was available in the Flash format, which was not compatible with the iPad devices that had been delivered to the organization’s workforce.
Outcome
The highly customized e-learning solution we developed met all the specifications of the client. It delivered synchronized information to the users irrespective of the devices being used to access the system. The benefits that the application delivered measured up as follows:
