CRX life platform helps to make people healthier by innovative care planning and effectively integrate healthcare ecosystem with a care plan.

We have developed an android application as an accomplishment for this mission which is proactive and empowers the delivery of people-centric, personalized, holistic, coordinated, managed, outcome-based and measurable Care Planning by leveraging across health, social and other health service providers.

The Android app is a subscription-based application (in-app purchasing) where the health action plan is customized (like time for running, walking, yoga, and etc., on an individual basis) for an individual based on the health reports and clinical history submitted. Further, the user may have e-consulting, e-care (online appointment with the Doctor), reminders, notification, and, etc.
