The objective of the project was to showcase complete and under-construction properties in a manner that the buyers could actually visualize what they would appear like once the buyer would move in so that they could be sure while making a purchase decision. Additionally, the virtual 3D view of the property was meant to increase the chances of conversion, reduce the average time of closure of deals and ensure optimal pricing of the property as well.
