Our client is an Indian multinational two-wheeler manufacturing company. The brand offers a reliable, innovative range of two-wheelers to ensure riding comfort, style, and cost-effectiveness. For more than three decades, the company has displayed an impressive level of engineering innovations. They wanted to build a customer service app that enables vehicle owners to find nearby dealerships, book bike test drives, and do more with just a few finger-taps. The client partnered with OrangeMantra to build both iOS and Android enterprise applications with fast-paced loading.

    The company’s core objective is to become the best two-wheeler brand by offering best-in-class bike maintenance and service. They wanted us to build a first-of-its-kind customer service app. Some of the core features we needed to integrate were dealership search, test drive booking, and vehicle information. The major challenge was to build a streamlined and fast-loading application that met the client’s vision and next-gen capabilities. The client aimed to create an app that could attract customers across the globe. Additionally, any changes performed on the server for enhancements required proper documentation.

Solution

OrangeMantra enterprise developers designed & developed a new, innovative, and scalable customer service app as per client requirements. We build an iOS & Android-based application from scratch for booking of bike test drive, bike service and locate nearby authorized dealer. Additionally, the app lets motorcycle owners find their vehicle using a registered mobile number or vehicle number. The team integrated several key features including:

  • Test Drive: Prospective bike customers can quickly book test drive before making a purchasing decision.
  • Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.
  • Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice.
  • Dealer Locator: You may search for authorized dealerships and workshops based on State/City or your location.
  • Service Booking: Bike owners can book maintenance service at nearby location with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler type, choose their preferred workshop, and submit a service request.
  • Products: Users get access to detailed information about the products and can download specifications.
  • Maintenance Tips: The maintenance schedule of the two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.
  • Connect with Dealer: You can select a dealer and use their contact details to directly connect with them.
  • Gallery: Users can view the media kit, wallpapers, ringtones, and download them to their device.
Results

OrangeMantra developed an on-demand bike service mobile app from scratch for iOS and Android platforms. A successful integration of features like test drive booking, vehicle search, bike service booking, dealer locator, and vehicle details was completed. Before launching the app, customers and prospects lacked a one-stop solution for all their bike-related requirements. Finding a bike dealership or service center was challenging.
