As the summer sun bathes the sky in its warm glow today, we’re celebrating International Yoga Day with a unique twist – a chair yoga session designed for our incredible employees! Forget the need for elaborate mats or complex poses. Chair yoga is all about seamlessly integrating the ancient practice of yoga into our daily routines, right at our workstations. Imagine releasing workday tension with a gentle stretch or clearing your head with a mindful breathing exercise, all without leaving your chair!
The session commenced with deep breathing exercises, transforming the office chatter into a room filled with soothing, synchronized breaths. Our instructor then guided us through gentle stretches, helping us release tension and find a sense of relaxation. Seated twists and simple poses brought smiles to everyone’s faces as we discovered how accessible and enjoyable yoga could be.
